Job summary

Hungry Horse in Rugby is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen brigade, ensure every dish meets our standards and maintain smooth service during busy periods.

You’ll lead by example, uphold hygiene and safety, deputise for management when needed, and help coordinate the team to deliver consistently high-quality meals. The role offers a competitive salary and pension, with opportunities to progress across our brands.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
