Job summary

Chef & Brewer in Kenilworth is seeking an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to drive the kitchen operation and ensure service runs like clockwork. You will support and develop the team, delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

You will lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and be a role model for the team while ensuring every guest enjoys a well-presented meal. The role is based in a busy, customer-facing pub environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and ensuring every customer receives the perfect plate.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
