Location- Marquis Of Granby

Are you a Kitchen Team Leader or an experienced Kitchen Team Member ready to take the next step? As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our business success, with opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, do you have:

• The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team

• A high standard of food knowledge and skills

• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge

• A willingness to develop personally and help propel the team forward at Marquis Of Granby

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager

• Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests

• Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager

• Managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory

• Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times

• Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance

• Leading the team to achieve company targets
