Job summary

A modern Japanese Western fusion restaurant in England seeks an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead its back-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a busy restaurant, strong knowledge of Japanese or Western cuisine, and excellent leadership skills. This role involves supervising kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, and training staff. A Food Safe certification is preferred.
