Job description

We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to take on our small kitchen at Dirty Martini Monument in the City of London. This kitchen role is a one‑man‑band operation with the Kitchen Supervisor responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, including stock counts, stock orders/stock control, due diligence (Food Safety / Health & Safety), kitchen cleanliness, food prep / food delivery, and food standards. The role is best suited for someone who has worked in a similar position and is based in London with the right to work in the UK with no visa restrictions. We offer a small plates menu, brunch menu and corporate canapé‑style menu for large corporate bookings.

Shift Schedule
  • Monday – Stock Count / Orders 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday – Off
  • Wednesday – 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Thursday – 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Friday – 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Saturday – 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm

This rota may fluctuate slightly depending on bookings and private events.

Compensation & Benefits

£13.50 – £14.50 per hour depending on experience, plus a service charge.
