• Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures.
• Clean garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria as required.
• Ensure all stoves, grills, and bain-marie are clean.
• Maintain clean operating equipment for all food outlets.
• Provide clean pans continuously for chefs.

Responsibilities

• Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures
• Clean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required
• Ensure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean, using the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment
• Make sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times
• Make sure that chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
