Job summary

Boom Battle Bar - Cambridge is seeking a Kitchen Team member who champions timely, on-spec meals and supports the Front of House with allergen info and menu favorites. You’ll keep the kitchen running smoothly, ensure top quality, and help prepare for events while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll be the go-to person for kitchen operations, ensuring every plate is prepared to spec and that hospitality vibes stay epic for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be a reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to communicate with Front of House about kitchen needs.
• Awareness of allergens and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to kitchen guru for Boom Bites and coordinate with Front of House.
• Ensure each item leaves the kitchen on time and to spec.
• Prepare for large events and manage food stock.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times.

THE ROLE:

Teamwork is a non-negotiable for us, so where do out Kitchen Team members fit in here? Well you are the guru of all things Boom Bites. You'll be the go to guru who will take the time to talk with the Front of House Team about what's going on in the Kitchen and helping out with anything they may need, from your personal faves on the menu to helping them understand allergens.

We all work to achieve the same goal and that is epic guest experience!

When the orders start coming through you're the champion on making sure every item goes out on time and looking on spec, ensuring quality never suffers.

As the go-to person in the kitchen, you'll also be the pro at getting things ready for big events, keeping track of food, and making sure we follow all the rules for safety. Making sure everything's super clean and top-notch. Imagine impressing EHO every time they swing by!
