Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients, influence buying decisions and help exceed sales targets.

No design experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Expect a 40-hour week, competitive salary with generous bonuses, pension contributions, generous holiday entitlement and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margins and design integrity.
• Create inspirational and practical designs using product knowledge.
