Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence with business insurance.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Detail-oriented, organised and result-driven with strong planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse customers.
• Confident in handling financial conversations and closing sales.
• No industry experience required; transferable skills welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Develop strong relationships with trade customers and homeowners.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software.
• Engage with both trade colleagues and customers to understand project needs.
• Conduct on-site visits to capture design requirements and present CAD designs to clients.
• Adhere to showroom and site safety policies to safeguard staff and customers.
