Job summary

Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment across the UK. The role offers comprehensive training, a competitive salary with great bonuses, and generous benefits, including a pension and extensive annual leave.

You will visit client homes, design practical kitchens, and negotiate with trade customers while protecting margins. Successful candidates will have a driving license for home visits and join a supportive depot team.

Qualifications

• Experience of reaching sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for home visits.
• CAD skills preferred, but training provided.
