Job summary

Wildland in Scotland is seeking a Back-of-House assistant to support dishwashing tasks and keep a tidy, efficient space across Aldourie Castle and the Dores Inn.

You will operate dishwashers, restock log baskets and the Fire-pit area, and help with end-of-shift clean-down. No prior experience required; full training provided, and you’ll join a warm, collaborative team.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with Back-of-House responsibilities. Key duties include operating our dishwasher and glass washer machines and maintaining a clean and organised Back-of-House area. Additionally, you will be responsible for re-stocking log baskets and the Fire-pit area and aiding in the end-of-shift clean-down.
