The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush in London is seeking a proactive Kitchen Porter to join the Chet's team, delivering Thai American comfort food in a vibrant setting. You’ll help maintain hygiene standards, keep areas clean, and support the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Working in a central, lively space, you’ll be part of a team that values practicality, positivity, and guest experience, with training, perks, and opportunities within The Hoxton family.

Responsabilités

• H&S in your section.
• Maintain a clean and food safe working area.
• Maintain a clean uniform.
• Follow guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
• Attend training sessions for the culinary team.
• Safe opening and closing of the designated culinary area.
• General maintenance of all culinary areas, equipment, and FF's.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards.
