Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Northampton is seeking a Catering Assistant / Kitchen Porter for a Daventry-based role in a busy commercial kitchen. You will primarily handle pot washing and cleaning, with a possibility of some kitchen prep work. Experience in catering and hospitality is essential, as is a valid UK work status and a reliable driving licence.

Benefits include free onsite parking, meal on duty, and holiday accrual. Shifts are 07:00–17:00 with breaks, and you’ll be paid weekly on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kitchen Hand/Porter or similar front/back of house exposure (mandatory).
• Excellent communicator, professional, reliable, flexible and adaptable (mandatory).
• Proof of address, NI number, UK right to work (mandatory).
• Up-to-date CV showing commercial kitchen experience (mandatory).
• DBS certificate within last 3 years or part of update service (mandatory).
