Qualifications

• Well-organized person with a flexible schedule
• Previous kitchen porter experience in Quick Service Restaurants
• Prior experience in a hospitality setting preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading food and beverage deliveries from suppliers and organizing them
• Wash and sanitize FOH workbench containers, slicers, knives, spoons, and other kitchen utensils, ensuring cleanliness for service
• Prepare the bread and get it ready for baking
• Empty and clean bins regularly, sort recycling, dispose of rubbish in designated outside areas
• Basic food prep tasks such as peeling potatoes, washing vegetables, or unpacking ingredients
• Prepare a checklist to organize work according to store needs
• Adhere to all company guidelines on preparation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for efficiency and safety
• Support sandwich makers by keeping the display counter stocked with required products
