Job summary

Stonegate Group operates pubs and bars across the UK, and at Lillie Langtry in West Brompton we are hiring a Kitchen Porter. No previous experience is required as training is provided; you’ll support the kitchen team with cleaning, dishwashing, and basic prep tasks to help maintain a high standard in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

No experience is needed; full training provided to help you learn.
You will join a friendly kitchen team in a busy pub environment.
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized are valued.

Responsibilities

General daily cleaning of surfaces and floors in the kitchen
Keeping cleaning schedules up to date and signed off when complete
Maintaining cleanliness of food storage areas
Washing up of dirty plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils
Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly
Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment such as cookers and grills
Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation (peeling and cutting fruit/vegetables)
