• Wash and sanitise pots, pans, dishes and other kitchen tools, ensuring readiness for service.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks to support chefs during busy shifts.
• Manage waste, recycling and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Keep storage areas stocked, organised and clean for easy access to supplies.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries to keep the kitchen stocked.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
