Job summary

Restaurant Associates is recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support the smooth running of the kitchen on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. This role is based in Manchester and involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness while assisting chefs to deliver fresh dishes.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, be a proactive team player, and uphold Food Handling Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, representing the Restaurant Associates brand across our sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Capable of working under pressure while delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Assist chefs with preparation and station readiness.
• Support food service by ensuring ingredients and equipment are ready for use.
• Help with drinks preparation and plating as needed.
