Job summary

The Blue Boar, part of Acorn Pubs, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join a bustling team in Witney. You will support the kitchen behind the scenes to ensure a smooth culinary experience and help with cleaning, prep and general duties during service.

We offer a basic up to £12.71 per hour plus TRONC, weekly pay, free meals on shift, 30% staff discount across Acorn Pubs and Brunning & Price, Nest pension, perks on Tap, and a referral bonus up to £1,000. Wagestream is available for flexible pay.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a pub/restaurant/hotel is preferred but not essential.
• You should enjoy working as part of a friendly team and be ready to support a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning and pot washing in a busy pub kitchen.
• Help the team ensure smooth service behind the scenes and maintain kitchen hygiene.
