Job summary

The Falcon is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You’ll be behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth culinary experience and helping with washing, prep and general portering duties.

We offer competitive hourly pay (up to £14.63 including tronc) with overtime, tips, meals on shift and pension benefits. Weekly pay and extra perks are available within a supportive pub group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, kitchen porter, pot washer or kitchen cleaner in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of a bustling kitchen, working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth culinary experience.
• Support the kitchen team with washing, prepping and general portering duties.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organized to maintain high hygiene standards.
