Job summary

Caledonian Leisure Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team at the Scarborough venue. You will keep surfaces clean, assist with basic prep, and help with deliveries and dishwashing in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen surfaces clean and sanitized.
• Sweep and mop floors at the start and end of shifts.
• Keep the food and supply storage areas organized.
• Assist the chef with basic food preparation.
• Remove kitchen waste from waste containers.
• Wash dirty dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans; load dishwasher.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing them in the kitchen.
