Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is helpful, but attitude and reliability are key.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Understand and follow food hygiene and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas and equipment.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Work as part of one team to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
