Flying Pizza in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team with dishwashing, cleaning, and food storage duties. You will help keep the kitchen hygienic and well organised, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and assisting with basic prep as needed.

Qualifications

• A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning and sanitising techniques.
• Clean and sanitise food preparation surfaces, storage areas, and equipment following hygiene standards.
• Loading/unloading dishwasher.
• Clean the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day.
• Empty waste bins and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Support the kitchen team by taking deliveries, ensuring ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and readily available.
