Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen and help maintain high cleanliness standards. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with opportunities for development within the Compass Group UK&I family.

You will be part of a team that delivers quality food and aims to provide excellent customer care. Ideal candidates are adaptable, reliable, and possess strong communication skills to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen area clean and organized at all times.
• Assist chefs by preparing ingredients and supporting busy kitchen operations.
• Ensure stock, utensils and supplies are readily available for cooking.
• Prepare beverages and simple food items as required.
• Engage as an active team member and uphold brand image.
