Job summary

The Botanist Bath, part of The New World Trading Company, is seeking a Kitchen Porter in Bath. You’ll help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and support the chefs to uphold high hospitality standards.

Join a busy kitchen team and contribute to efficient service. Previous kitchen experience helps but is not essential, as training and support are provided to help you grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team in busy environments.
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils and workspaces
• Supporting deliveries and stock organisation
• Assisting the kitchen team during service
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Helping ensure the kitchen operates efficiently
