Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and organising equipment, utensils, and workspaces
• Wash and sanitise pots, pans, dishes, and other kitchen tools
• Help with basic food prep tasks to support the chefs during busy shifts
• Manage waste by disposing of rubbish, recycling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Keep storage areas stocked, organised, and clean
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently
