Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
• Clean workstations, floors, walls and storage areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
• Assist with food preparation and basic ingredients prep.
• Receive and store deliveries of food and supplies.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Restock kitchen supplies and utensils.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service.
