Zizzi Ristorante is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen clean and efficient in a fast-paced Italian kitchen. You’ll wash dishes and equipment, help with basic prep, and ensure all areas meet hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash plates, cutlery, and kitchen equipment quickly and safely to keep our high-volume services running smoothly.
• Help keep the kitchen spotless, making sure every station hits our strict hygiene standards.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food prep and ensure all equipment is clean and ready when needed.
• Follow our simple safety guidelines to keep the kitchen organised and a great place to work for everyone.
• Jump in to help your teammates wherever needed to keep the restaurant energy high. Zero experience needed. Just energy, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to get stuck in.
• A genuine interest in how a busy kitchen works and a love for great Italian food.
