Job summary

Bamford Collection in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean, safe environment across back-of-house areas. The role suits those with a passion for good food or prior experience in cafes or restaurants, requiring stamina for a fast-paced setting and strong organisation.

Hours are 16 per week at £12.83 per hour plus TRONC, with on-site work and a focus on reliable, tidy station turnover and waste management.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain cleanliness.
• Organised and able to coordinate a station efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collect and wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery.
• Ensure items are returned to service quickly.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen surfaces and appliances.
• Store kitchen equipment properly and organise storeroom.
• Follow cleaning rotas and comply with audits.
• Support sustainability and social initiatives as part of the team.
