Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cooking preferred.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain ingredients and small equipment for food prep.
• Clean food preparation equipment and maintain a tidy kitchen.
• Follow standard recipes and ensure safe handling practices.
• Wash crockery, cutlery and utensils to required standards.
• Clean storage areas, manage waste and store utensils properly.
• Assist chef team and participate in departmental meetings.
