The successful candidate will ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, operate dishwashers, and support catering services. Previous kitchen experience and exceptional customer service skills are essential. This role offers £13.90 per hour and a shift pattern of 4 days on, 2 days off.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, statutory, and Safeguard regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Clean heavy catering equipment using provided instructions and materials, including air filter and extraction systems.
• Empty bins and separate waste according to regulations.
• Dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors.
• Operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in all catering areas.
• Transport provisions, equipment and other catering-related items as required.
• Maintain a clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene.
• Perform general kitchen cleanliness duties, including deep cleans.
