Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Kitchen Porter to support food preparation and ensure the smooth running of our kitchen. In this role, you will assist with obtaining ingredients, clean food preparation equipment, maintain a safe, tidy kitchen environment, follow standard recipes, use safe and sanitary food handling practices, wash crockery, cutlery and utensils, clean food storage areas, manage waste, store kitchen utensils properly, and assist the chef team where needed. You will also participate in departmental meetings. Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 7‑days-a‑week business between 0600 and 2300.
  • Flexible shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays and evening functions until 0200.

Working Hours & Shift Patterns
  • We operate a 7‑days‑a‑week business, between 0600 and 2300.
  • Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
  • Evening availability for functions (until 0200).
