Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm.

Position: Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to assist in the daily operations of our busy bakery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring it is organised and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and utensils; deep‑clean work surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Use dish washing machines to provide the highest level of cleanliness to bakery equipment.
• Clean and keep the bakery tidy using cleaning equipment.
• Keep storerooms clean and tidy.
• Ensure hygiene and health & safety standards are met at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Able to work on your own once the bakery staff have left.
