Responsibilities

  • Remove rubbish and bottles from the plate wash area, returning trolleys for bottles.
  • Restock plates in the larder hot pass and fish section, ensuring all china is clean.
  • Stack plates in the larder pass and fish section.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Keep rubbish trolleys clean at all times.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and assist with any hygiene-related tasks as directed by senior chefs.
  • Be fully aware of hygiene controls and chemicals used in the workplace.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some split shifts.
