Job summary

wagamama ltd is seeking a Kitchen Porter for evenings and weekends. You will be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping everything clean, organised and running smoothly so the team can focus on bold flavours.

You’ll work in a buzzing environment, supporting chefs with cleaning, washing and basic prep, while following health and safety standards and learning as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for fresh food and cooking environments.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a kitchen team member.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen sparkling clean and ready for action.
• Wash pots, pans and equipment so chefs can cook.
• Restock cleaning supplies and flag when running low.
• Assist with basic prep when needed.
• Follow health and safety standards to keep everyone safe.
