Job summary

Parogon Group’s Willow Trentham in Trentham Gardens is hiring a Kitchen Porter to join the kitchen team. Regular, part‑time hours with training provided; no experience needed. You will help keep the kitchen clean, support chefs and ensure smooth service in a Mediterranean‑inspired all‑day restaurant.

You’ll learn on the job, work with a friendly team, and have opportunities to progress. The role offers up to £12.71 per hour, share of service charge and a total package of around £26,970 per year

Willow Trentham, set in Trentham Gardens, is our Mediterranean-inspired, all-day restaurant – bright, relaxed and full of greenery, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails. Our kitchen cooks Mediterranean-inspired dishes from breakfast through to dinner, so there's always something new to work on.

Here’s what we offer

• Up to £12.71 per hour (Approx. £1,630 every 4-weeks or £21,150 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £5,820 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £26,970 per year
• Part time - 32 hours a week: solid, regular hours with a better work-life balance
• Regular hours, full training and a team that has your back

Our hourly rates: £12.71 (21+), £10.85 (18–20), £8.00 (under 18).

Kitchen Porters are the backbone of every great kitchen. You'll keep things running smoothly, clean and safe, giving our chefs everything they need to deliver amazing food.
