The kitchen porter's main responsibilities are to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness alongside assisting with all departments of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist a chef as required
• Understanding of kitchen equipment
• Positive and approachable manner

• Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
• Help with routine food prep when needed.
• Good organizational skills
• To follow guidance from Senior chef
