Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Sheffield is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. You’ll help with food prep, dishwashing, stock rotation, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with mise en place and food prep as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock control in the kitchen, including dishwashing and debris removal.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment to ensure smooth service.
