Salary: up to£11.50 per hour
Hours:20-35hours a week on a zero hour contract, including weekends & bank holidays.

We are seeking to appoint a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team in providing a clean and safe working environment too agreed standards within The Ozone.

• Must have transport

Financial

• To Control stock of all cleaning equipment and chemical products using a systematic approach
• Control stock movement and ensure stock security
• To actively promote correct usage of chemicals

People

• To attend and contribute to team meetings
• To actively promote a attitude of Hygiene and methodical cleaning amongst all team members

Service/Product

• To avoid chemical and water wastage by following Manufacturers guidelines and training
• To keep kitchens in a clean and presentable manor at all times
• Report any maintenance issues to the head chef immediately
• To follow all cleaning schedules and routines
• Use all Machinery as instructed by manufactures guidelines
