Job summary

Malmaison & Hotel du Vin is seeking Kitchen Porter to join the Newcastle team. Immediate starts available for a permanent contract with 16 hours per week at £12.80 per hour.

The role focuses on keeping the kitchen and staff areas clean and supporting the kitchen brigade with dishwashing and waste management. You will be part of a team learning how the kitchen operates from the ground up, with opportunities for progression within a respected brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Ability to support kitchen brigade and maintain pot/plate wash areas.
• Willingness to work as part of a kitchen team and maintain high standards.

Hotel Du Vin is looking for Kitchen Porters with Immediate Starts available.

You scrub up well… responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas. Kitchen Porters will be required to assist the kitchen brigade by ensuring that the kitchen is maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times as well as manage the pot and plate wash areas. It can be a demanding job but the rewards are worth it.

This is a great opportunity to join the kitchen team learning the ropes and how the kitchen operates from the ground up.
