Parogon is recruiting Kitchen Porters to be part of our story. You will support chefs and the restaurant team to maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and ensure the smooth running of service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen porter is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and weekends.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean and well organised at all times.
• Assist chefs with equipment, supplies and prep as needed.
• Ensure tools and areas are reset for service and maintain hygiene standards.

A bit about you;

OurKitchen Portersare the foundations of the kitchen and support our Chefs and the Restaurant team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during service.

Your main duties will be to keep the kitchen clean and to ensure standards are maintained at all times. You will also make sure that your Chefs have all the right tools and equipment they need during service.

You will be a great team player with the ability to work efficiently and confident in using your own initiative.
