Job summary

Benefits

Responsibilities

Overview

To clean the kitchen and equipment, dispose of rubbish correctly, and ensure hygiene standards are met in line with COSHH guidelines and EHO requirements. PPE and uniform must be worn throughout the shift. This role includes casual hours with evenings and weekends as part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• To clean the kitchen & equipment, utensils, crockery and glass throughout and after the service
• Correct disposal of rubbish
• Correct chemicals are used for cleaning purposes following COSHH guidelines
• Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements
• Broken / malfunction equipment to be reported to the Supervisor immediately

• Previous experience working in a kitchen
• The ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
• A flexible "can do" attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
