Responsibilities

• Clean the kitchen & equipment throughout and after the service.
• Correct disposal of rubbish.
• Use correct chemicals for cleaning following COSHH guidelines.
• Wear correct PPE throughout the shift.
• Maintain kitchen cleanse to EHO standards.
• Report broken/malfunctioning equipment to Supervisor.

Package Description

• Casual Hours, including evenings & weekends
• £10.00 Per hour for 18-20 years old, £12.21 for 21+

Main Responsibilities

• To clean the kitchen & equipment, utensils, crockery and glass throughout and after the service
• Correct disposal of rubbish
• Correct chemicals are used for cleaning purposes following COSHH guidelines
• Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times
• Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements
• Broken / malfunction equipment to be reported to the Supervisor immediately
