Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a team member to support kitchen operations and guest service in our London-area team. Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued as part of our Be-Attitude culture.

The role focuses on supporting the cleaning, stock handling and daily duties required to keep the kitchen running smoothly and safely alongside experienced Chefs.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential.
• Hospitality mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.
• Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated.
• Dispose of rubbish into an area outline by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy.
• Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard.
• Aid the Chefs when necessary.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have some experience in a similar position though this is not essential and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
