Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Greater London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the Head Chef and keep the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment and work as part of a vibrant team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment is helpful.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain hygiene standards.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Leonardo Hotels brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen duties and mise en place.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen areas throughout shifts.
• Assist with stock, dishwashing, and food preparation as required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere in a fast-paced setting.
