Job summary

Benugo is seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to support the Kitchen Team in daily operations. You will help maintain cleanliness and order in all kitchen areas, ensuring dishes, utensils and equipment are ready for service.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations is beneficial but not required.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to assist the Kitchen Team in the day to day running of the Kitchen. As a Benugo Kitchen Porter you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen staff by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas.

Pay rate: £12.71 PH

• Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
• Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Inventory Management – Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Compliance with Health and safety – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen ensuring equipment is in good working order

Qualifications

Previous experience will be beneficial but not absolutely necessary.
