Working alongside our skilled team of chefs, your key role is to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace at all times. This position offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, including all surfaces, equipment, and utensils
• Ensuring proper disposal and recycling of waste
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensure crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment are cleaned correctly in line with schedules
• Store all equipment properly in the correct manner and place
• Adhere to all daily and weekly cleaning schedule
• Ensure Company Standards are upheld across all departments and sections
• Be aware of and act in accordance with Fire Safety procedures at all times
