Searcys is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support the Kitchen Team in day-to-day operations at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities
Ensure the effective and efficient supply of food, goods, and equipment to the kitchen and peripheral areas. To comply with food safety and health & safety regulations at all times.
Specific Areas of Responsibility
- Delivery of all food, beverages, goods, and equipment to all outlets in the correct specified way as per the SOP.
- To ensure all operating, food, and health & safety standards are always followed.
- Assist the logistics manager and back-of-house supervisor in ensuring all back-of-house catering functions' smooth and efficient operation.
- Set up and break down events, function rooms, and cooking equipment such as BBQs.
- Moving heavy goods and equipment safely around the business.
- General cleaning and dishwashing tasks in support of the wider business.
- Follows any reasonable request from the management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

- Salary: £30,160 per annum
