A leading leisure company in the UK is seeking a Kitchen Steward / Porter to assist with kitchen waste disposal and cleaning duties. You will maintain high hygiene standards and safety in the kitchen, working flexible shifts including public holidays and Christmas. As a Kitchen Steward / Porter, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Team with disposal of kitchen waste, deep cleaning the kitchen and wash‑up areas. Responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, carrying out cleaning duties as specified by the Kitchen Manager such as sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot‑washing machinery.
£11.60 per hour plus tips.
Full‑time position. You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis – shift times fall between 8 am and 12 am, usually 8‑hour straight shifts. Your days and hours of work may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days a year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.

The Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across nine different restaurants, cafés, bars and a production kitchen. There are also five concessionary units including well‑known brands such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge. The company offers a range of cuisine from American grills to authentic Indian cuisine, with venues across Center Parcs.
