The Catering Department is responsible for providing freshly cooked meals to all of our patients, using locally sourced ingredients. Food is a vital part of a patient’s recovery, and we aim to provide nutritious and tempting meals for the enjoyment of our patients. We also have three retail catering environments, providing meals and snacks to our staff teams and visitors.
All members of the Catering Department play an important role in this service provision and in ensuring the quality and safety of the food is of the highest standard.
Kitchen Porters play a vital role in our patient food service, ensuring meals reach patients timely and safely, assisting with light food handling duties and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in catering areas at all times.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys being active in their role.
