Job summary

Elior is seeking a Kitchen Porter to be the friendly face and first point of contact for customers, delivering helpful, prompt, and professional support. The role supports the team in ensuring a positive customer experience in person, over the phone, or online.

Working pattern is 10:30 to 14:30, Monday to Friday, term time only. A warm, approachable attitude and experience in customer service are essential, along with IT-savvy capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.

• Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests
